Why Bizzdesign
I would recommend Bizzdesign to people who enjoy working in a strategic, fast-moving environment where there is real opportunity to contribute.
The work is intellectually interesting. We operate in a space that brings together business transformation, enterprise architecture, strategic portfolio management, AI, and organizational change. That means there is always something to learn, connect, simplify, and communicate more clearly.
I’d recommend Bizzdesign to candidates who want to work with smart colleagues, take ownership of meaningful work, and be part of a company with strong momentum.
Who am I?
I’m a multilingual communications leader with a background across corporate communications, content marketing, press relations, public affairs, and stakeholder advocacy.
My career has taken me across international organizations, agency environments, and in-house communications, with experience spanning technology, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, energy, sustainability, and other highly regulated industries. I’ve worked across the U.S., France, Germany, and broader international markets on complex communications challenges involving global brands, policymakers, NGOs, industry groups, technical experts, journalists, analysts, and senior executives.
Before joining Bizzdesign, I led communications programs focused on corporate reputation, policy influence, media engagement, executive visibility, digital growth, and stakeholder advocacy. Much of that work involved bringing together different markets, disciplines, and stakeholder perspectives to create clear narratives, align teams, and deliver work that could stand up to executive, media, policy, and regulatory scrutiny.
That experience shaped how I lead today: with clear strategy, strong editorial judgment, high standards, and a focus on building teams that communicate well, trust each other, and take pride in the work.
I hold an MA in Global Communications and a BA in Economics, along with certificates in crisis communications, content marketing, and social media management. My work has been shortlisted for several industry awards, including the SABRE Awards EMEA, Communiqué Awards, and PRWeek Healthcare & Pharma Comms Awards.
Outside work, I tend to bring the same energy to less conventional pursuits. I’m a licensed triathlete and, somehow, the reigning chili pepper eating champion of Germany.
Advice for prospective candidates
Come prepared, be specific, and show how you think.
Bizzdesign operates in a complex market, so curiosity matters. You do not need to know every detail of enterprise architecture or strategic portfolio management before joining, but it helps to show that you can learn quickly, connect ideas, and communicate clearly.

Use the interview process to give concrete examples of your impact. Talk about the problems you’ve solved, the stakeholders you’ve worked with, the decisions you influenced, and the outcomes you helped deliver.
I’d also encourage candidates to think about how they work as part of a team. People are trusted to take ownership, but no one is expected to work in isolation. The best work happens when people communicate openly, use good judgment, and pull in the same direction. In communications, that matters enormously because we work across fast-moving priorities, senior stakeholders, and complex subject matter.
Using AI is absolutely fine. I’m less interested in whether you used it and more interested in how you used it, what judgment you applied, and the thinking behind the final output.
