As BDR Director, I lead a team of 20 across four regions, guiding our inbound and outbound approach. I set direction, then give people the space to get on with it. The aim is simple. Build confidence, ownership, and keep performance moving forward.

Started out studying archaeology, then moved into teaching and later property. For the past 20 years, have built a career in technology, bringing a broad, people-focused perspective shaped by each chapter.
