Rolien Tieman

Alongside being the Personal Assistant to our CEO, I work as the Office Manager for our locations in Enschede and Utrecht. I manage the office managers in Berlin and Paris and stay in touch with the other office managers worldwide. On top of that, I handle a lot of facilities-related matters. I’m basically the go-to person for colleagues, landlords, suppliers, and others.

I was trained as a secretary and have worked in that role for both large and small companies. At Bizzdesign, I grew into the role of Office Manager and PA to the CEO (and often also supported other members of the management team).

I’m looking for someone who is proactive, shows initiative, takes responsibility, and isn’t afraid to make mistakes and learn from them.
