Please note: We’re grateful to receive a high level of interest for our roles, which means we often work through a large number of CVs. We aim to get back to you within one week. However, during busy periods or high‑volume hiring cycles, it may take up to two weeks for us to respond. We appreciate your patience and interest in joining our team.

Intro Chat
Your journey starts with a 45-minute conversation with one of our internal Recruiters. Think of this as a two-way chat, not a rigid Q&A session.
We’ll start by learning more about your background and what excites you about the role. From there, we’ll explore a few role-specific questions to understand how you work, your approach to problem-solving, handling ambiguity, and tackling challenges that matter in this position. This isn’t a resume recital; it’s about getting a real sense of your style in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
We’ll also walk you through the essentials: our hiring process, timeline, compensation details, and what comes next. And of course, we’ll leave plenty of time for your questions, because interviews go both ways!

Meet the Hiring Manager
Great news! You’ve made it to the next stage of the process!
This stage consists of two video interviews (45–60 minutes each) with your potential hiring manager. These conversations are designed to give both sides the time and space for a meaningful exchange. In the first session, the hiring manager will share relevant context about the role, team, and company, and walk you through what success looks like in this position. The second session is a follow‑up conversation, where we’ll go deeper into your experience and discuss how your skills and approach connect to the role.
You’ll be encouraged to share real‑life examples from your experience that highlight how you approach problems, think strategically, and navigate situations relevant to the position.

This is also your opportunity to ask questions — about the role, day‑to‑day responsibilities, team dynamics, or our culture. We value transparency and want you to use these conversations to assess whether Bizzdesign is the right fit for you, just as much as we assess whether the role is right for us.
- Stage 4
Meet the Senior Inside Sales Executive
You’re getting closer to the finish line! Great job reaching this stage!
In this 1‑hour conversation, you’ll meet our Senior Inside Sales Executive who you would work closely with in the role. This session is designed to help you both get to know each other on a professional and personal level, and to explore what working together might look like day to day.
During the conversation, you’ll discuss how you approach topics such as navigating ambiguity, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, learning new topics, and strategic thinking, using real examples from your experience. The Senior Inside Sales Executive will also share insights from their own role and how they support and guide BDRs in their development.
We’ll also touch on values and ways of working to understand what matters to you and how you collaborate with others. We’re not looking for one specific type of person — but for a range of perspectives, aligned by shared principles and a collaborative mindset.
- Stage 5
Meet with an Account Executive
You’ve made it to the final conversation. Great job!
In this last stage of the process, you’ll meet with one of our Account Executives that you will be working closely. This conversation gives you the chance to dive deeper into life at Bizzdesign and how we collaborate together.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask about our long‑term plans, current challenges, team dynamics, and the impact you could make in the position.
This is your moment to address any remaining questions about the role or the company, and to get a clear sense of what it would be like to work alongside us.

Offer Call
You’ve made it all the way! We’re excited to invite you to the final step!
This is a celebratory 30-minute conversation where your Recruiter and the local HRBP will walk you through the details of your offer and what joining our team would look like. We’ll cover the role, compensation, benefits, and any final questions you might have.
This call is all about clarity, excitement, and making sure you have everything you need to decide whether this next step is right for you.
