Stage 1

Application Review

Our Recruiter and the Hiring Manager carefully review every application. 

What do we look for? 

Relevant experience that shows you’re a strong match for the role, genuine motivation for joining us, and values that align with ours.

Please note: We’re grateful to receive a high level of interest for our roles, which means we often work through a large number of CVs. We aim to get back to you within one week. However, during busy periods or high‑volume hiring cycles, it may take up to two weeks for us to respond. We appreciate your patience and interest in joining our team.
Stage 2

Meet the Team Lead & Internal Recruiter

Your journey starts with a 60 minute virtual interview with your potential new Manager and one of our internal Recruiters. During this conversation, you will have a deeper dive into your functional expertise and how it connects to the role. Think of this as a two-way chat, not a rigid Q&A session.

We’ll start by learning more about your background and what excites you about the role. From there, we’ll explore a few role-specific questions to understand how you work, your approach to problem-solving, handling ambiguity, and tackling challenges that matter in this position. This isn’t a resume recital; it’s about getting a real sense of your style in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You’ll be encouraged to share real-life examples from your experience that demonstrate your skills, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities in situations relevant to the position.

We’ll walk you through the essentials: our hiring process, timeline, compensation details, and what comes next. This conversation is also your opportunity to ask any questions, whether about the day‑to‑day responsibilities, the team dynamic, or our company culture. We believe in transparency and encourage you to use this time to explore whether Bizzdesign aligns with your career goals and values.
Stage 3

Meet the Project Office Team

You’re getting closer to the finish line! Great job reaching this stage! 

In this 1-hour conversation, you’ll meet your potential new colleagues. This conversation gives you the chance to dive deeper into life at Bizzdesign from the perspective of someone working directly in the role.

We’ll also touch on values to understand how we work and what matters to you. We’re not looking for one specific type of person, but for people with diverse perspectives who share some core ways of working.

We’ll leave time at the end for your questions so you can get a feel for the role, the team, and whether this is the right fit for you.
Stage 4

Meet the Global Director Professional Services

You’ve made it to the last interview of the process!

This 30 minute interview with the Global Director Professional Services is your chance to meet your potential new Director. During this conversation, you will have a deeper dive into your functional expertise and how it connects to the role.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask about our long‑term plans, current challenges, team dynamics, and the impact you could make in the position. 

This is your moment to address any remaining questions about the role or the company, and to get a clear sense of what it would be like to work alongside us.
Stage 5

Offer Call

You’ve made it all the way! We’re excited to invite you to the final step!

This is a celebratory 30-minute conversation where your Recruiter and the local HRBP will walk you through the details of your offer and what joining our team would look like. We’ll cover the role, compensation, benefits, and any final questions you might have.

This call is all about clarity, excitement, and making sure you have everything you need to decide whether this next step is right for you.
