I structure, manage, and lead the Hopex Cloud Services teams—comprising Cloud Architects, Cloud Administrators, and Service Delivery Managers—across a global network of 5 hubs (France, Morocco, Singapore, Mexico, and the US).
My mission is to transform technical and operational challenges into strategic opportunities for our clients and teams, ensuring operational excellence, SOC2 / ISO27001 compliance, and alignment with ITIL best practices.
Beyond team leadership, I actively drive cross-functional collaboration to shape the future of our SaaS offerings and ensure seamless customer experiences:
