Jeroen Bos

My name is Jeroen and I lead Global Professional Services at Bizzdesign.

Our goal is to help customers turn their investment in Bizzdesign into real business value. That means building a Professional Services organisation that combines strong delivery with a clear understanding of our products, our customers, and the outcomes they’re trying to achieve.

I work closely with our customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product and Engineering teams to make that happen. My main focus is making Professional Services more strategic and scalable - moving beyond simply delivering implementation projects to creating consulting services that genuinely help customers succeed.

I like people who are curious, challenge the status quo and are willing to take ownership rather than wait for someone else to solve a problem. But also: ask for help when you need it, and ask quickly - don't wait for a problem to become too big before you reach out for help.

I’m a Professional Services leader with a background in building and transforming customer-facing organisations in SaaS.

What I enjoy most is maximizing the contribution of Professional Services to the success of our customers and with that, our company. I aim to do this through our strategy, operating model, services portfolio and, most importantly, the continuous development of our people.

I’m a big believer in learning by doing. Things don’t always go perfectly, and that’s perfectly fine - as long as we learn from our mistakes, adapt and keep moving forward.
